BEFORE/DURING ORDERING

What is the delivery time for my order?

We strive to ship your order within 2-5 days. If we have your order on stock and you order before 12pm, we will usually ship your order the same day.

When will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive your order confirmation by e-mail when your order has been approved. If you do not receive your order confirmation shortly after you have placed your order, please check your spam filter and whether it is the correct e-mail address you provided.

If the e-mail address is incorrect, write an email to info@decadentcopenhagen.dk, and we will make sure to correct it.

Is it possible to pick up my order?

When you order at our webshop, you can choose to pick-up in store.

We will text you when your order is ready for pick in our Flagship Store, at Store Regnegade 3, 1100 Copenhagen K.

You can pick up your order within the store's normal opening hours.

Do you ship abroad?

We also ship abroad.

There are different shipping and return costs depending on the country.

AFTER ORDERING

There is an error on the items I have received, what should I do?

If there are errors or deficiencies in your order, please write an email to info@decadentcopenhagen.dk, with a description and photos of the error / problem.

Will I get the shipping costs covered if I return my order?

There is a free return on orders over 200 euros. If you want to return an order, please use the return label enclosed in your package. If your order value is less than 200 euros, you must make sure to send it back to us at the address Store Regnegade 3, 1100 Kbh K at your own cost.

Note that you must choose a distributor with distribution to private address and not to parcel shops. DAO can not be used to send orders back to us.

How do I return my product to you?

If you want to return a product, please fill in the enclosed return slip. Feel free to pack the product in the provided dustbag and send it in the packaging you received the order in. If your order is over 200 euros, use the enclosed return label. If your order is less than 200 euros, you must pay for the return shipment yourself. Returned goods must be sent to Store Regnegade 3, 1100 Copenhagen K, and may only be sent directly to the address.

If you want to buy a return label for 5 euros through us, you can send an email to info@decadentcopenhagen.dk, and get a link for payment.

I want to buy another product instead, which is the easiest way to proceed?

If you want to switch for another product instead, place a new order for the desired product and send the original product back to us. You can also visit our physical store where we accept returned items.

You can not exchange orders purchased on our webshop.

I want to subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter, how do I do it?

If you want to sign up for our newsletter, you must sign up on our website. In the bottom right corner you can write your email and you will then be subscribed.

If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can follow the link at the bottom of a previous newsletter, and unsubscribe through there.

Inkluderer priserne moms?

Alle priserne på vores webshop er inklusive moms. Handler du udenfor EU, vil momsen blive fratrukket når du går videre til betaling. Du står herefter selv for at betale eventuelle indfortoldningsomkostninger i dit eget land.

For how long can I return my order?

With Decadent you have the right to return your order within 14 days.

Did you shop on decadentcopenhagen.com, you have 14 days, from the day you recieved your order.

My bag has lost a spare part, what do I do?

Did your bag loose a screw or other, please write us at info@decadentcopenhagen.dk.

How do I complain over an item purchased on Decadentcopenhagen.com?

If you wish to make use of the right of complaint, or inquire about repairs, please write an email to info@decadentcopenhagen.dk, in which you describe the problem.

Attach a receipt or other proof of purchase, as this presupposes that we can start a complaint. Also feel free to send pictures as it makes it easier for us to assess the complaint.

What appeal options do I have?

Should you wish to complain about a pruchase, please contact info@decadentcopenhagen.dk.
