PAYMENTS
All prices on Decadentcopenhagen.com are in euros, including Danish VAT.

Reservation
In case of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we strive to inform you about this as soon as possible and what we can do in the case - e.g. give you the money back, or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

Price errors
If a price is manifestly incorrect and you reasonably should have discovered this, we are not obligated to supply the product in question at the wrong price.

It is possible to pay with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, ApplePay, PayPal as well as MobilePay on Decadentcopenhagen.com, no extra fees are charged.

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after the completed order. Please make sure to check spam filter/junk mail, if you haven’t received it.

We will charge your card for the full amount, only once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Vat Exemption
When you shop at decadentcopenhagen.com from a country outside the European Union, the Danish tax of 25% will be deducted from your order.

You are then responsible for paying any taxes or customs clearances, which might apply when importing goods to your own country.

EU (Not including EFTA/EEA countries)
We offer free delivery on all orders above 200 EUR.
We charge 25 EUR for all orders below 200 EUR.

Within the EU, all deliveries are handled by GLS, to either a parcel shop or a business address, and we strive to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days.

Norway and Switzerland
We offer free delivery on all orders above 200 EUR.
We charge 40 EUR for all orders below 200 EUR.

To Norway and Switzerland, all deliveries are handled by GLS, to either a parcel shop or a business address, and we strive to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days.

Greenland and Faroe Islands
We charge a delivery fee of 48 EUR for all orders to Greenland and the Faroe Islands. All deliveries are handled by GLS, to either a parcel shop or a business address, and we strive to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days.

Please note that for a VAT refund to Greenland, this will only be accepted on prior agreement between Decadent Detail A/S and the buyer, before the order is placed. Please contact us at info@decadentcopenhagen.dk.

Iceland
We charge a delivery fee of 60 EUR for all orders to Iceland. All deliveries are handled by UPS, to either a parcel shop or a business address, and we strive to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days.

USA & Canada
We charge a delivery fee of 65 EUR for all orders to the United States and Canada. All deliveries are handled by UPS, to either a parcel shop or a business address, and we strive to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days.

South Korea and Australia
We charge a delivery fee of 95 EUR for all orders to the South Korea and Australia. All deliveries are handled by UPS, to either a parcel shop or a business address, and we strive to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days.

Please use the above-mentioned delivery times as an estimate, since longer delivery times may occur in some countries and Decadent A/S cannot be held responsible for delivery delays in customs.

Please note, that Decadentcopenhagen.dk is not responsible for extra fees or surcharges from your local customs, should your country charge custom fees and VAT on orders from abroad.

RETURNS
It is your responsibility to send orders outside Denmark back to us, at your own cost and risk. This is done by sending the package with a postal service which provide direct delivery and not to a pick-up-point. Remember to get a receipt for the shipment, as you are responsible for the returned package until it is delivered to us. The address to which the package should be returned to:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have 14 days of right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. If you ordered more than one item in your order, and these items are delivered separately, the period counts from the day you received the last item in your order.

The deadline implies, that you have 14 days upon receival to send the item back to us. If you have any questions, you can send an e-mail to info@decadentcopenhagen.dk otherwise you can use the standard withdrawal form, located at the bottom of our terms and conditions.

If the order is not picked up or refused to be received, the item is sent back to our address. If you have not collected your parcel/refused receipt, it cannot be considered as a cancellation of the purchase. A cancellation can only be made if you give us a notice to cancel the purchase. This is done either by mail to us or a completed return slip in the package. The costs for return shipping (if the order is under 200€) and any resending of the item (regardless of the order amount) are paid by you.

Withdrawal of parts of your purchase
If you purchased more than one item with us, you have the possibility to return one or more items, even though they are part of the same order.

Please note, that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs, neither should you regret parts nor the full amount of your purchase.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message, in which is it stated that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money to the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We have the right to withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us proof of having returned it.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right to make a complaint within 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or be offered a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

The right of complaint does not cover when defects, damage, or wear and tear occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or ordinary wear and tear.

The right of complaint therefore does not cover wear and tear on seams, rivets, rings and zippers, the gold or silver accessories on the bags,
discolorations and damage caused by liquid such as hand sanitizer, water, etc., if the item has had the durability you can reasonably expect.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Please also remember to get a proof of shipping so we will be able to refund your shipping costs.

Remember to save the receipt and send it with the item in a possible complaint situation. Complaints without a receipt are rejected.

We strive to process and return all complaints within 14 days.

PRIVACY POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number, and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

We pass on information to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, technical operations and improvements of our website, logistics, sending out newsletters, and targeted marketing. These companies are data processors and may not use the data for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality about these. We have entered into written data processor agreements with all data processors that process personal data on our behalf.

Three of these data processors, Google Analytics by Google INC and Facebook, are established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the certification of the data processor under the EU-US Privacy Shield. When you visit our website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of our website, eg. about the type of browser you use, the search terms you use on the website, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your device.

The purpose is to optimize the user experience and the function of the website, as well as carry out targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google. This processing of information is necessary so that we can take care of our interests in improving the website as well as show you relevant offers.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) of the EU Personal Data Regulation. 1, litraf.

The personal information is registered with Decadent Detail A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g., be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
